One of the ways we do this is by providing continuing education opportunities that allow REALTORS® to work towards designations that showcase their knowledge and expertise. Written Service Agreements in Alberta
Effective July 1, 2014 the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) requires all REALTORS® who establish a client relationship in residential real estate to enter into a Written Service Agreement with that client.
Written Service Agreements are often referred to as a "Buyer Representation Agreement" or "Seller Representation Agreement", depending on whether you are buying or selling a home.
Written Service Agreements help ensure the role of an industry professional is clear – making clients better informed with less confusion and fewer disputes.
