Reserve Fund Report

The reserve fund report is prepared by the qualified inspector who examined a condominium’s capital property as part of the reserve fund study. The report outlines the condition of each capital component and estimates its useful life and the cost of future replacement. The capital components of a condominium’s common property include the roof, siding, or furnace. The reserve fund report is used to prepare the reserve fund plan.
