Minutes
The minutes are the formal record of a meeting.  The minutes include a summary of matters reported on, discussions, decisions made or tabled, etc.  A condominium Board of Directors, by legislation, must keep minutes of all meetings and, upon request, make the minutes available to owners and mortgagees.
