Condominium Plan
A condominium plan, or declaration, is a detailed drawing that shows the edges of the property, the location of any buildings, the boundaries of each condominium unit, and the proportional share of ownership allocated to each unit. The plan also shows parking and storage areas, exclusive use areas, walkways, roads, and other features. When a condominium plan is registered, a condominium corporation is automatically created, and ownership of the property is transferred to each unit in proportion to its share of the common property.
