Bylaws
Bylaws are the rules and regulations that govern a condominium community. They apply to owners, tenants, and visitors. Bylaws must be registered with the land titles office to be legally enforced. Bylaws can be adopted or changed by a majority vote of the unit owners. Provincial legislation or condominium corporation bylaws define the procedures required to amend or alter the bylaws.
