Annual General Meeting


An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a meeting of all unit owners that is called by the Board of Directors.  The AGM is usually held annually after the end of the corporation’s fiscal year. Board elections are held at the AGM. The outgoing board presents management and financial reports to the unit owners. The owners elect a new board for the coming year. Other business may be conducted at an AGM, for example appointing an auditor or voting on motions that require approval by the unit owners.
